Do you offer a guarantee?
Your Frank Meier watch is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via sales@frankmeier.shop . In your email, please indicate your name and order number and provide a detailed description of the problem.
Please note that your warranty does not cover:
Malfunction or damage as a result of improper use, lack of care or accidents (ie bumps, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.);
Aesthetic changes as a result of normal wear, tear and aging. scratched dial or glass, discoloration and / or material of non-metallic strips);
Excessive contact with water may damage the watch. Water ingress or damage caused in these circumstances will not be covered by the warranty.
Arranging repairs under warranty?
Please contact customer service at sales@frankmeier.shop with a reference to your order and the details of the problem.
This warranty covers the manufacturer’s defects against defects for 12 months from the date of receipt.
During this period, your watch will be repaired free of charge, except for processing and transportation fee (this includes the cost of returning the watch to you). In case of damage or loss caused during transit, please contact us at sales@frankmeier.shop
What if my watch breaks by accident?
If your watch is damaged in a way not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team ( sales@frankmeier.shop ) and arrange out-of-warranty repairs for a reasonable fee.
